This painting is an interpretation of the landscape, where colour becomes the language of mood, memory, and place. Rather than describing the countryside in a purely realistic way, I wanted to simplify the hills, fields, trees, and cottages into bold, harmonious shapes that hold both energy and stillness.

The glowing sky, warm red earth, dark green bands of land, and bright accents of blue, yellow, and violet create a patchwork effect that gives the painting its lively, uplifting spirit. Small houses rest quietly within the scene, bringing a sense of human presence and rural calm, while the rounded trees and flowing contours add softness and rhythm.
